Our Head of Human Resources & Governance, Roberto Chironna, took part, on Oct. 03, in the launch event of the “Giovani e Lavoro per ZeroNeet” program, supported by Fondazione Cariplo and Intesa Sanpaolo, and implemented in collaboration with Generation Italy.

This valuable initiative will, over the next four years, provide training and concrete opportunities to 10,000 young people from Lombardy and the Piedmont provinces of Novara and Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, helping them access the professions most in demand on the job market.

During the panel dedicated to corporate testimonials, Roberto shared Madek’s experience and our commitment to promoting training, professional growth, and ongoing dialogue between companies and the new generations.
Being part of a project that aims to reduce the number of NEETs and support youth employment is, for us, a source of great pride.
